WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Shady business practices by Neon Local and MG Properties.They lied about placing a note on our door. They randomly upped our rent by double. Upon moving they would not conduct a move out walk-through with us. The place was spotless we have photographs and videos of when we first moved in and when we moved out. They decided to add $105 cleaning fee to our move our bill. They are holding our $500 security deposit. Corporate will not return a single one of our phone calls.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WHEN IT COMES TO A RENTAL.. HANDS DOWN!
