Had a pill stuck in my throat and thought I got it out, but two weeks later felt something was still there. Checked with urgent care but found nothing. Still there after a month and went to Dr. Upton, had to see PA. PA said would refer to ENT but never sent referral after a week. Always get answering machine and no return calls. Sharp Health Plan tried contacting office for me but couldn't get through either. Now I've developed swollen lymph nodes, pain and other symptoms, something is obviously wrong. My plan requires I get a referral first so I'm stuck because this office couldn't give a damn. I'll probably have to go to the ER.
