HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. CROOKED! Where's The Owner? I took my new car there FIVE TIMES AND IT'S STILL NOT RIGHT! Each time they said come first thing and it would be a little while. Three times I left my car at least six hours!! I got tent and an alarm. The first alarm unlocked all doors at once. My factory BMW alarm was smarter than that. I was charged an additional $80. I was told to bring my car at 4 to get a better alarm because the first one installed wasn't right. This was after the fourth visit and three phone calls. I was told to come at 4 so I wouldn't have to wait. Got there and waited another 45minutes for someone to come. While waiting, watched this IDIOT J** SMOKE WEED on the side of the building WITH CUSTOMERS only after putting it out while smoking inside the bay area. Left my car there and came back SIX HOURS LATER AND IT STILL WASN'T RIGHT! The high, glassy eyed idiot J** who made all the promises to myself and my husband tried to lie while telling on himself. M****, the manager pretends to help and take down my info but NEVER follows up. NOT ONCE did either genius call and say there was a problem. They told me everything was complete but I checked for myself before leaving and it wasn't. There was no explanation. No apology. Nobody Cares!! I'm a patient person. I was understanding with each mistake. I am not a complainer. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to California Sound in San Bernardino!!
