HORRIBLE company. I had an issue with my Maytag freezer. Maytag sent South TX to fix it. For the first visit, the tech just opened the freezer & said that there was nothing wrong, but he would order a thermostat to "fix it". They were supposed to show up the following week, but didn't (this seems to be an SOP for this company). They didn't even have the decency to call & tell us they weren’t going to make the appt I called & spoke to L. who said they ordered the part, but lost it. She was to call me back, but didn’t. Two weeks went by calling, ordering parts, & setting appt times. Again, they did not call or show up to install the part. I called & spoke to L. AGAIN, who said that they had ordered the wrong part. We set up another appt for the following week for after 2pm. They called at 9 am & said that this is the only time that a tech would be in the area & would not reschedule. They don’t keep appts, only show up if someone is in the area. Needless to say we called Maytag & got a different company to fix the freezer.
