Reviews of Herbert H. Construction in San Antonio

First time I tried reaching out to this company, the owner, Herbert, never showed up. I had driven 2 hours to meet with him and he didn't even have the decency and courtesy to call or text me, to tell me he could not make the appointment.
When I called him, to ask why he was not there to meet me, he said, he did call me. It turned out he called someone else's phone number not mine.
He reassured me he would not waste my time and he took his job serious. So, I set up another appointment to meet with him. This time he showed up and took measurements. However, I waited over 2 weeks, and he still had not sent estimates; so, I texted him and called to see if he had an estimate ready. He finally emailed me an estimate the following day, and in the email he stated if I had any questions to ask. So, I responded to his email with several questions.
It's been over a month, and I have yet to hear back.... even after I sent him several emails and texts, and even made several calls to him.
I know he is probably really busy, but that's no reason to not treat everyone one with respect and value.
Herbert, besides getting my hopes up and dashing them to the ground, you wasted my time, gas, and exhausted my patience.
