Reviews of Global Passport Services in San Antonio

I had a confirmed flight to Japan on 22 June 2013. I was debabting going to Houston myself to process my passport or depend on a service to expedite it. I decided to go with the service to allow Global Passport to process my passport request expeditiously, as the office manager/owner guaranteed me he would get the completed application back by 19 June 2013. I asked him if he was sure I had completed all forms...he said yes. After he obtained my money, I could not contact the manager/owner even though I left numerous messages for him to contact me. The 19th came and then he told me there was a form I needed to process indicating I had a previous passport that I had lost that was delaying the passport. I asked him why he didn't ensure I filled out the form initially and did not receive a sufficient answer. As of the 21 of June 2013, he won't be able to receive the passport back until Monday (24 June 2013)...well after my flight. I changed my flight to Monday, but was told I couldn't get my passport until Tuesday, almost a week after promised even if I travelled to Houston on Monday to attempt to get it. Basically, he held my passport hostage and delayed my trip to Japan by a week due to incompetence. When asked for a refund, he told me I could not get a 100% refund because of governmental fees.
