Reviews of Starbucks in Salt Lake City

I am from out of town and have had to go to this Starbucks multiple times this weekend as it is within walking distance from my hotel, Hotel Monaco. It is almost comical how rude the employees were each time I went there. The words of "entitled" and "snippy" come to mind. We got a wrong order and the employee rolled their eyes and walked away as we were trying to correct it. Another time I asked for the half and half to be refilled and I got a snide remark that it was a total inconvenience if every last drop was not gone. I will have to endure yet another day, I can't wait to see who will cop attitude tomorrow.

The rudest and most customer-unfriendly Starbuck's Staff I have ever been to in the United States. I have visited this location at all times of day and not only received incredibly rude service. I was treated as a hostile customer with incorrect orders and not willing to happily give me what I wanted and ordered originally. The only solution would be to send these employees to Russia.
