Before we could coordinate a minor remodel and carpet replacement in our busy clinic Eric and Co. made our 20+ year old carpet look next to new. It was truly amazing. Our carpets stay clean much longer between cleanings than in the past when we used other companies. And, a great plus for us in our busy work-a-day lives is that Eric set us up on "auto schedule" so we never have to remember to call him. Having had carpets cleaned by other businesses in the Salem area, we were a bit leary. We will never use another carpet cleaning service again! Our carpets look as good as they did the day they were installed. The new 'shine' is back, and the colors just 'pop' again! What they don't have is the sticky feel that was left when other cleaners did them.
