Reviews of O'Fallon Park Recreation Center YMCA in Saint Louis

I am very disappointed at the Y Ofallon Park location. I made reservation for a particular room and paid my deposit, the day of the event my entertainment calls me and informs me the space reserved by me was being occupied by someone else. I called to verify the information the staff assured me that it was a mix up and would be solved upon my arrival. Well they put my event in their small classroom space and made things very inconvenient for me because I had a vision on how I was going to set up my event space. They didnt offer any apology nor did they offer a portion of my funds.
