Have them do work and do not pay. These people are a scam. They will pressure elderly and unsuspecting people and will lay an inch of asphalt over an inprepped surface. It will be broken and cracking in. Few days. They will call you on fake phone numbers and you will not be able to even try to sue them. This address is not a building or land. It's fake. Post their actual names if you can get them
