Reviews of Dunham's Sports in Saginaw

Pending a meeting w/ the district manager Will, may edit review, as of now Chris Krueger, manager of Saginaw Dunhams & his employee Jeff were absolutely appalling/unprofessional/rude/poor management skills/snarky/focused on the wrong things to say the least. We were told by Jeff "you're only spending a couple hundred on a bike, gun sales are more important I've already spent a hour with you" (it was under a half hour)just a few of the unacceptable statements. Manager Chris cared less, didn't call, when called had to be forced to offer up a appalling "I guess I can apologize for his behavior". We have the entire thing recorded on audio, start to finish w/ Jeff & Chris, he didn't care. "I have no interest in meeting w/ you to hear my employees behavior" long list of Utterly inappropriate, appalling responses & tone from Chris who then threatened us for recording their behavior w/ their legal dept. Happy to provide full context of both interactions in full. People lie, thankfully we have ourselves covered or Chris/Jeff could say whatever they wanted. The behavior of Chris as a manager is frankly disgusting. Jeff needs to be reprimanded, fired, retrained, something. Jeff also said no one wants to work there & for him & that the bikes are put together badly/wrong all the time no wonder we were recording & verifying return policy. No idea a employee would get so angry after spending time doing his job helping w/ bikes, can't imagine someone on a strict budget compared to ours dealing w/ both of these people, it was awful, shameful. You've got nothing to worry about if doing the right thing, these two weren't, they're ticked they're caught. Had no idea us wanting to verify return Policy/condition of the bike before we take it off the store would result in catching jeff behaving so irrationally & cruelly, Chris his manager not giving a you know what, only angry his store is caught missing the mark on many things & getting called out. No concern whatsoever about customer.
