Reviews of Target Optical in Roseville

Target optical has terrible customer service. They made my glasses completely wrong! Kim is the manager and did nothing to try and resolve the issues and was very uncaring, and very rude. Didn't care that i was very unhappy with being lied to about the thickness would be much thinner if i paid more which was not the case! I paid $350.00 extra to have a thinner lense. Mathew is the one who helped me and guaranteed the lense would be thinner which was a complete lie. Joseph was also rude to me when i asked for corporates phone number. This was the worst experience iv ever had with getting glasses from any optical business! Kim also took a photo of my glasses and said the reason for the photo was to show her boss and that the glasses looked fine ! I couldn't believe it. The glass was completely popping out of the frame! I felt completely discriminated against! Everthing i was saying to them was completely ignored and all three of them were the rudest and unprofessional that iv ever delt with. Me and my husband and daughter came here as a family and will never return for any further services! Very horrible experience! I give them a 0 for rating!
