After a small hiccup during the estimating process in which I got confused about how they actually calculate their prices, perhaps they could've been a bit clearer, Rick went to great lengths to explain to me in detail how everything would go down and what preparations I should make in order to avoid any surprises. The crew was great and efficient and they really took great care of my belongings, I'm glad I decided to give a small company such as them a chance!

I had a great experience with Best West Express. Travis gave me a good price, not too cheap but not too expensive, so I knew that he was being real with me. During the pick-up, David and crew were very professional and straightforward with me, let me know of any additional charges that were necessary (I didn't manage to do as much packing as I wanted to in time) and they gave me a fair price as well. The crew took great care of my items and packed everything very fast, I almost wished I hadn't stayed up all night just to pack a few extra boxes when I saw just how speedy these guys were. Honestly, I can't complain. Really honest people.
