Reviews of Cornelius Accounting in Rogersville

We have used Cornelius accounting for at least 5 years feel like we had fair service but 2022 tax season I had problems just getting everything together since my wife passed away she took care of all this. I called them after 3 weeks to check status and they couldn’t find anything under my name I figured it was because they were so busy and stressed told them I would give them a little more time and call back and I did in a week worrying that they had lost my tax paperwork they found it and said was ready but I had questions about my return and was told they would have some one call and answer any questions after a couple of weeks nothing but crickets so I just picked up paperwork and left. Besides lack of addressing my questions and treating me not as a customer but a nuisance.I had left my wife’s death certificate with paperwork thinking I would have to prove her death she passed 12-22-22 I definitely don’t want anyone’s sympathy but you can tell a lot about the number of people I talked to and know one acknowledged her passing and were barely civil.
