Reviews of Salon Lidori in Rochester

I went in for hair color. Wanted it lightened from an 8KN to an 8GB. They stylist gave me a had time. She refused to do it. She kept insisting that she needed to bleach my hair out to to lift the color up, but as a professional I know all she had to do was use 40 Volume Developer. Her term bleaching is not correct, she should have said lighten or lift the color. I found her to be rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to go to Salon LiDori. I went somewhere else and received to color I wanted.
