ILoveKickboxing Roanoke is one of the nicest facilities I have ever been in. The Facilities are very clean and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and inviting. The energy in during classes is through the roof and makes for an amazing class. They are willing to work with you if you are new to kickboxing and help you learn the basics before moving on to more advanced moves. I will definitely be returning.

iLoveKickboxing has helped me rediscover my love of fitness. I thrive in a group setting and this has been FANTASTIC! It’s unlike any “work out” I’ve ever done before. I walk out of there sweating and smiling because it was a great time! The staff is awesome, motivating, and take the time to make sure your form is correct. I would highly recommend trying it out. You won’t regret it, I promise!
