It is very difficult to get a an appointment with a doctor here or to get a return phone call for any reason. Also, when you call to schedule you are put through to call center and immediately placed on hold. In my experience hold times range from 6 minutes to 20+. Yes, I waited for 20 minutes on hold once. Eventually, the phone system just hung up on me. I addressed these concerns with some one who said they were some kind of supervisor there and who claimed would get back with me. She never did. I would advise people to keep care elsewhere.
