Reviews of Meadowbrook Tire and Auto in Richmond

My husband and I are very upset with this business. We have warned people to NOT go to this place. My husband purchased a tire from these guys trusting them to give us a safe used tire. He only had it for two days and had disposed of the receipt due to that reason. The receipt also never mentioned we needed to keep the receipt in order to exchange for another driveable tire.

My husband can also show proof on his debit card statement. We called this establishment after almost having an accident due to a blowout of the same tire we purchased from them on Ironbridge Road. Thank goodness we were able to pull over in time. My husband contacted them and let them know what happened. He spoke to two gentlemen with one being the manager.

They refused to replace the tire and simply said you should've kept the receipt and it's posted on the door. They did not show any type of concern that we could have gotten into an accident! Why would my husband search their store for something like that? It should have been on the receipt. I contacted them as well and spoke with the manager who got smart, refused to give me his name, and hung up in my face.

This staff was rude, and unprofessional and a BBB will be filed due to our experience. Save your money and go elsewhere where your money will be respected. Shame on yall.
