2nd visit to this salon while visiting my son and daughter in law. 1st visit was on Sunday Nov 27th, had hair washed, blowndry and flat ironed by Heather who did an outstanding job. Heather flat ironed every strand of hair on my head. I returned today Sat. Dec. for the same thing unfortunately Heather was not working so a vert nice elderly Asian woman did my hair and I am not happy with my hair at all for a few reasons. 1st she didn't style with a brush while drying leaving my hair frizzy. She l then flat ironed 3 sections of the top layer and curled under. Isn't that why I had it flat ironed for it to be straight. 3rd as I write thirs review my hair is still damp! Now the price list hanging in salon states $17.00 for wash and blowdry but when I go to pay my bill is $29.00. I commented the price states $17 and was told flat iron was an additional $12 which is not posted anywhere in the salon. As a licenced retired cosmetologist I am offended by this sneaky practice Haircuttery practices charging extra for flat ironing and not informing clients it's extra! When i did clients hair a wash, cut or no cut and blow dry included all aspects of stuling including curling or flat iron for one price. I will not be returning to any Haircuttery ever again because of this sneaky practice#
