This is the worse experience ever as my fiance had his bike there on insurance claim for over 15 months, insurance paid over $8700 on 1st claim and another $8700 on 2 nd claim and $4400 my fiance paid out for pipes and beat that only lasted maybe a month before amp blew and my fiance was asked to pay 300.00 for replacement when should have been under manufacture warranty. All the guy did was tear the bike apart leave it outside uncovered in rain or whatever weather conditions the screws were rusted out even on the bike 2018 road glide Milwaukee special that looks brand new with less than 15000.00 . Well after 15 months of hearing a bunch of drag it got dropped off at my grandmother's nobody was home bike was not put back together parts laid out in the driveway. The paint job had very noticeable flaws orange peel and specs of particle in some of the paint missing crash bars that should have been replaced handlebars were used in Chrome foot boards were not replaced as they should have been among missing parts that should have been completed when the bike was put back together which that didn't happen either we came out of the pocket over when the parts that we paid for were supposed to have been covered by insurance claims
This was the absolute worst experience ever in dealing with what should be a reputable company and repair shops for motorcycles. There was a lot of trips wasted to redwood City to go talk to the owner who always had a good excuse but he never made it right the way he should have the bike is not what it once was and it's sad because it was an excellent condition besides the two accidents as the first one he got clipped by a trailer that was pulling a boat the second one was due to a high-speed wobble that he caused but there was a soft landing due to my husband being in Arizona and sand on the side of the highway he was lucky he didn't lose his life. The bike had OEM parts including Harley-Davidson tires which he replaced with some aftermarket tires that were not needed nor asked to be replaced and said he balanced them from the inside which is really unheard of and is why my husband had a high speed wobble. From my understanding he already has one fatality under his belt after a motorcyclist left his shop after repair done by Caesar the owner so beware of his shotty repair and work that he does because he will sell a dream and make it sound all good but come back with missing and replaced parts or swapped from a different bike.
