I was a regular customer and once loved my esthetician whom I no longer am connected to. Why? Here you go: They are awful to their customers and have no lack of understanding whatsoever. I had an appointment the day of the hurricane which I was originally able to make. Unfortunately very unfortunately, Dominion Energy didn’t show up on time to set up my hot water at my new place causing me to cancel day of. I have the record to show. These people are charging me $120 because of this. First time I have ever canceled. They tried to belittle and degrade me because one appointment previous I had canceled weeks in advance because I was moving and couldn’t afford it. I don’t see a policy where life happens and I give you ample heads up that that gives you right to throw it in my face during a cancellation that had nothing to do with that. They’re now saying I’m slandering their business because I’m being honest about how they treat their customers. I am also filing a BBB report given the nasty response I received from the owner who clearly cannot think of anyone but herself. I so look forward to seeing you in court Lindsey! If you live in Raleigh DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to Smoothe. Lindsey is simply a bully and if you have to cancel or can’t show up whether 24 hours in advance or not she’s gonna make you pay for it. Cute. Real great way to conduct business. Your financial responsibility is your own Lindsay as it is for YOUR business. Customers leave. Customers cancel. Learn to deal with life better rather than coming for someone like you did. Tata
