Reviews of Safe Towing in Raleigh

My husband has never been a great driver. We live in Apex, North Carolina and were on our way to a Christmas party when at the last minute he swerved and HIT a pothole. It blew out our left rear tire and we were stranded on the side of the road. We called Safe Towing and they found us immediately! They were able to change the tire, and we were at our Christmas party early! Not only were we impressed with how fast he was able to get there and change our tire, the cost was extremely affordable and neither of us had to ruin our nice evening clothes by changing it ourselves! We will definitely be using Safe Towing again if we ever find ourselves in the same situation in the future.

When I had a flat tire, I actually called Safe Towing (recommended by my sister) to have them tow my car to my trusted auto repair shop, then I learned that they actually did flat tire change and other road assistance. Since I was headed for an important meeting with a client that day, I had them handle everything and not bother to go to the repair shop. I am really glad that they were there to fix my tire. Not only were they on time, very efficient and skillful, but they were also very professional throughout the entire time. They even gave me several care and maintenance tips. They did show me how to do the change myself, and I really appreciate that, but I guess I would still have to take some more detailed and slower training. Nevertheless, service wise, they did an incredible job, and I highly recommend them as well.
