I don't know guys, this place seems very fishy. They told me I needed brakes, pads and rotors on entire van. I just changed all these in 2014. They told me I had a nail in tire. Would be 27.99 to patch. I said no. Estimate on paper was $27.99 to patch, $10 to balance and $10 labor. I picked up the car and drove straight to BJ's. They checked all four tires and no nail. Checked inside and outside, no patches. They were supposed to rotate my tires and looks like they did, but didn't top off with air. I was riding around with 33lbs air in tires. I immediately went back to NTB and told them about no nail. Dude immediately says they fixed it for free. I said then why the print out estimate of what it would be to fix it. We were busy and didn't update system. Paid for oil change and oil change light still on. I really am suspicious that they did what I paid for.
