I just want to share that ilovekickboxing in Quincy is an amazing place. The staffs are phenomenal - everyone is so friendly and supportive of your fitness journey. I used to feel unmotivated and down, but coming here for the last two months makes me feel so empowered and confident in myself. I freaking love it and I would recommend everyone to go. The place is also very clean. You can see that the instructors/staffs love their job and take it very seriously, they even come in on days they have off to take classes with you and immerse themselves in kickboxing. All the staffs there are quick to pick up on your names, welcomes you, and ready to coach you through moves that you have difficulty with. It is inspiring and motivational. It's a great place to get back into working out. I lost almost 13lbs in the past 2 months through taking classes and dieting. I am very proud of it and I can't recommend it enough!

My husband and I love going to ILKB and the Quincy location is fantastic! Great energy, a friendly and encouraging staff and I always leave knowing I had a great workout. Would definitely recommend this for anyone, from beginners to those looking to add variety to their current workout routine.

It has been just over three months that I started kickboxing at ILoveKickboxing in Quincy. In the past three years I had several health issues including breast cancer which took a toll on my body. I decided that I wanted to take control of my health and get fit. In May, I walked into ILoveKickboxing to give it a try. The staff was very welcoming, informative and supportive to my concerns. I started going three times a week to almost every day. The staff have been incredible They take the time to encourage all of the kickboxers and provide guidance to get the best results. For me, they have been very helpful in modifications to accommodate my limitations and also push me to do a little more each time. I look forward to each class! The Quincy team is wonderful!
