I just started with ILoveKickboxing and it's been great. The staff are awesome and motivating. It is the highlight of my day and I love leaving there feeling stronger than when my day started.

After going to the gym for 10 years, I decided that it was fine for a change. So I signed up for iLoveKickboxing online and received a call from one of the friendliest and most welcoming people that I have ever met and her name is Skyler Munson. After the first class I was hooked! I love the class, the music, and the staff. This has been the best decision I have made in a long time and I have never felt healthier or stronger!

I love Kickboxing Queensbury is just what I have been searching for. This is a challenging workout that I look forward to doing (actually most days counting the minutes!). This is the first time EVER I have looked forward to working out. Why? It is fun, it is challenging, and the staff there is so energetic and fun! Everyone makes you feel right at home. There is no “uncomfortable” gym setting where you feel like you are being judged! It is also a great stress relief!
