Reviews of Lockwood Plaza Apartments in Providence

A real life nightmare. This was my first apartment and I don’t think I’d ever live in a apartment complex again due to the fact of them being cheaply constructed and having to rely on office staff and maintenance. I moved in on October 1 2021 into a partially renovated townhouse apartment in which I had a broken bedroom door that legit was punched into and no door knob, closet doors that roll right off the hinges, no toilet seats the first week and no kitchen cabinets for 3 weeks. Today I am on my 4 flood/plumbing issue in the short time I’ve been here that’s aside from not having heat this January and now with 1 working air conditioning unit and a broken bathroom fan that sounds like a lawnmower when you flip on the light switch and my tub is legitimately peeling off. To top it all off the entire complex has 2 maintenance workers which is the reason work orders take over a week to be attended to and keep in mind that when they decide to show up they do at their own free will and if you don’t answer the door quick enough they let themselves in even after advising the office that the can not come in if you’re not home (literally had to threaten filing a police report after this happened on 2 occasions when I was home and nude after taking a shower) and the office staff turnover is simply bizarre. 3 completely new sets of office staff and as of today no one’s been in the office for the last 4 days and all calls are going to the answering service. PS still no new bedroom door. Needless to say stay away.
