Very good
A+ Persistant Transportation was used to transport a family member from Vassar Hospital to Helen Hayes in early September. They were helpful on the phone with questions, arrived as scheduled, the driver was very kind and thoughtful. The ambulette was new , clean and well equipped. It was a smooth ride during rush hour traffic and I'd happily use them again should the need arise.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I scheduled an ambulette 2 days in advance and was assured it would arrive as scheduled. The ambulette NEVER showed up. I tried calling for over 30 minutes, and all I got was a busy signal (phone off hook?). I would NOT recommend this service to anyone.
