Reviews of Waverly Marina Association in Portland

Waverly Marina Association in Sellwood has serious issues with deferred maintenance and a leaking fuel dock that the management blames on guest vessels or river traffic. The electrical outlets are overloaded for 20 amp breakers creating a fire hazard with the leaking fuel. The bathroom is so smelly, nobody can stand using it and creates further pollution with people going in buckets and pouring the contents overboard. My husband checked around and the rates for renting are higher than other Portland marinas because the dues charged the owners are steep and excessive. Waverly Marina Association does not dredge and many boats have been stuck in the mud sustaining hull and propeller damage from the high mud table. This marina needs an overhaul, until then stay away.
