I live in Maine 6 months a year and Maryland 6 months a year. My hearing aids were bought in Maryland, While in Maine my hearing aids failed.
I spoke to a number of Startek dealers in Maine and found that TrueNorth hearing was the only facility willing to help in spite of the fact my hearing devices were purchased elsewhere, Sabrina and Dave met me on a Wednesday, worked with my Annapolis audiologist, and solved the problem by that Friday. Sarina and Dave were professional and Caring. They truly represent a Customer Oriented role model for small business personnel,
