This is a family owned business. The dentist Dr.Young is a skilled dentist and frankly the most compassionate dentist I have ever been attended by. He would make a great children’s dentist as he is alway checking to make sure you are doing ok throughout any procedure.
Him and his dental aid are good at explaining any procedure prior to its execution and what care you may need to take post procedure too.
The facility is not contemporary, as in could be modernity renovated, none the less it is clean well kept and some of their equipment is even more modern (newer) than more finely finished dentist offices/waiting rooms I have been to in recent years.
Safety cleaning and practices are thorough and carried out at a level that makes me feel sure the personnel and dentist take the covid virus pandemic seriously and respect a patients concerns for health safety.
I also appreciate that this office always gives a reminder call on the day prior to your appointment, very important for me anyway. Make your appointment earlier than later and still get in a full day at work.
If you are in need of a deep cleaning, as many are due to avoiding dentist over the pandemic, Dr. Young makes this procedure comfortable by applying local anesthetic to the procedure site. And he is very respectful in this practice, Unlike some dentists who over-do analgesic injections into your tissue to the point of it oozing out, this is great for me as I do not like the way that stuff tastes.
