Went in the other day with a good friend of mine to pick up a rifle transfer. The service we experienced there was absolutely horrid. It wasn't just a single salesperson, it seemed to be the culture of the store. My friend and I were easily prepared to spend a couple thousand dollars there on accessories for my rifle as well as his new one along with ammo. While my buddy was doing his background check, I went over to the optics counter and after telling the salesperson that I wanted a red dot system for my AR, I asked to see a particular model. I was simply answered with a "that won't work with your rifle". No offer of a different model or system, just a snark remark. Shortly after, my buddy starts asking about handles, grips, lights and everything else you can possibly bolt to his rifle. He was similarly responded to with an indifferent, "we're out of that" or a "they're over there" without any offer of assistance beyond that. No one there was interested in taking our money that day. We'll be going anywhere but there from now on.
