I have been a member for years. Always have had wonderful attention at the Port Ewen branch! Recently my account was hacked and they did everything possible to help. I lost no money thanks to Sue Fisher who immediatly froze my account so no one could get money. She went above and beyond by setting up new account, transferring funds to new account. She recommended a computer tech to wipe my computer of any malware or viruses. She helped me set up my new account on my computer at the bank. She was very knowledgeable, professional, understanding and friendly. She should get recognized for her excellent service! Thanks to all that work there! William A. Dodd
