They took 5 hours to assign a dock door to load my trailer. I had zero hours left on my log book to leave the property and the security guard threatened to call local law enforcement to have me removed from the property. Company policy of no over night parking does not supersede DOT federal law of hours of service. They force you to violate the hours of service by not allowing you to sleep on site after they use up all your available time loading your trailer. Calling the shipping office doesn’t give you any time line for when you will be loaded as the only response they give is when they are ready they will call you.
