Horrible, Horrible customer experiece. I made a purchase that I had to cancel due to the way my purchase was handled. I felt discriminated and treated very poorly. I was told to pick up my order that I had already paid for on a Wednesday. I went by on Wednesday to pick up my order and it hadn’t been delivered yet. Not one courtesy call to let me know it wasn’t there so I wouldn’t drive more than 1 hour away from store. I called the next day to see if my order was in and I was told they wouldn’t know when my order would be in. When I made my purchase I was told deliveries were made on Wednesdays only. How could they not know when my furniture would be there for me to pick up. Not one phone call, not one apology.
