We lost our fur baby Penny due to negligence here, Ray called us and mentioned she suddenly passed while playing the previous night while Alex texted us the next day that she is being a little lethargic and then suddenly passed...the autopsy confirmed she had diarrhea for which she would have shown signed not passed "suddenly"...they even returned the wrong leashes...when we went back they didn't even remember her name.
