Melissa and Bill were easy to work with and had fair pricing and none of a crazy sales tactics that I have run into with other window companies. I interviewed about 10 companies prior to selecting them and they clearly stood out as the best chance for me to get quality windows with a quality installation at a reasonable price. This turned out to be true. Their installers did a beautiful job installing the new windows and the associated wood work and framing with a clear attention to detail and quality. Their installers are clearly craftsman with pride in their workmanship. They exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do as I'm an extremely picky person. My husband and I are very pleased.

I didn't have a chance to say goodbye to Bill today before he finished the windows. I was in meetings all day. Sharon and I wanted to take an opportunity to thank both of you and your employees for your hard work and dedication. You truly are special individuals who care for your customers and stand apart from others in your trade. I appreciated the life stories Bill shared when I did have a break. You are both very genuine and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with you.

It took a while till windows were purchased and deliver but everything was done very well. I would recommend and would hire again.
