When I started classes at I love kickboxing I was on medication and injecting insulin. I lost some weight from consistently working out and no longer inject insulin. I love kickboxing has changed my life.

I literally love going to Ilovekickboxing as much as possible! I joined Ilovekickboxing when I was in their 6 week challenge. I love that the coaches listen to your goals and work with you to help you achieve your goals! They are supportive and motivating! They even greet you when you walk in the door. The facility is very clean too which is huge. Additionally no work out is the same. Thanks to the 6 week challenge, a nutrition plan, and supportive/motivating coaches, I have lost 34 lbs in 3 months! If you are looking to get fit, this is the place to be!

I LOVE Ilovekickboxing pittsburgh! It's a great full body workout that does not feel like work. Plus, it's a great way to relieve some energy and stress. The instructors are all high energy and great at keeping the motivation up. It's overall an amazing establishment.
