I placed my order through the app online for curbside pick up. I received a notification that my order was ready. I drove to the Habit location on 51st Ave and Indian School and parked in the curbside pick up spot. I clicked on the link that I was here and waited. I watched as other cars pulled up, got their orders brought out to them and left. Over 10 minutes later I go inside and ask for a manager. A man with no name tag walks up and says he is the manager. I tell him what happened and he tells me they are busy and thats how it goes and to deal with it. That I should just keep waiting outside for curbside no matter how long it takes, that it takes time for orders to be ready. I said I understand this but I received a notification my order was ready and then I drove down to get my order. Then I checked in and waited even longer. I said several other people had come and gone for curbside but I was still waiting and he didn't act like he cared at all. I asked about cancelling the order. He tells me he can't cancel it and I'll have to contact my bank because it was a third party order. I said, I ordered it directly through The Habit app online. How is that 3rd party, he said it just is. That makes no sense. I said I needed his name since he isn't wearing a name tag and he said managers don't wear name tags. Again makes no sense. OK, I said I needed his name and info because I wanted to contact corporate and he writes down a local number. I said, isn't The Habit based in California and he said it's based here in Az too. Makes no sense yet again. I ask him for my receipt since there was no receipt in the bag and he says he can't find it or reprint it and that the little square on the bag should be enough. I said anytime I've ordered here online or not, I've had a receipt. He said that square is my receipt. So I have no physical receipt. Good thing I have my online receipt through the app. Robert as he said was his name, was very unprofessional, did not come across as honest at all and seemed to go out of his way to make this as difficult and unpleasant as possible for me. I even told him he was very unprofessional and the least he could do was apologize for this, he literally snapped/yelled at me and said I did apologize! I said, no Robert, you did not at any time through this apologize not even once. I plan on contacting anyone and everyone I can to discuss this and I plan on telling everyone I know about Robert and this Habit location and to never go to this location ever. This is a brand new location and one would think they would be even more on top of their customer service and have better management and not someone like Robert. And to top it off, they got my order wrong. I didn't even bother to tell them at this point because Robert has made it abundantly clear he does not care to help me or care about me as a customer in any way.
