Reviews of Extinction Haunted House in Phoenix

I went just a few hours ago and can't say many good things about this place. I had a really rough experience. Let me start by saying the prices in my opinion are high for what you get. How it starts is they give you a pair of goggles and take you in this room where they brief you on how to use the weapon and have you take a few shots. Then you go through this scenario which they call "waste land". Our problem was the goggles kept fogging up and you can't see as you progress through the "wasteland". Our guide was yelling at zombies when they were not present and not coming out. Which took away from the reality experience for me. Once in the safe room we changed out our magazines and ready to go again. Now the reason why I'm even writing this review is to let people see the insite on the entire experience. Towards the end I was pegged about 10 times in the back because the group behind us being faster than us. The guide with the group behind us should have stepped in and take care of safety measures. I now have 10 painful welts across my back due to the incompetent staff. I told our guide and he was not sincere at all and told me how he shot him self once and made him self bleed. I would say save the $65 for 2 and go somewhere else because safety and customer service are not a priority here.
