Reviews of Crystal Creek Apartments in Phoenix

Moving into Crystal Creek apartments was one of the worst decisions I ever made. The staff literally NEVER answers the phone, the security gates do not work, appliances and maintenance were a joke, and upon move out, Crystal Creek charged me an insane amount, including $150.00 for a painting fee and another $75.00 for a cleaning fee, despite the fact that I left the apartment in immaculate condition. In my past 13 years of renting, have NEVER ONCE lost a deposit until I lived at Crystal Creek. And when I spoke with the Apartment Manager (calmly and professionally might I add) not only were the charges not explained to me, but she upped the cost!! I would never recommend renting at Crystal Creek.
