The worst building in brewerytown. From management with Ms Fairfax to residents and the neighborhood. Trash piles outside and dirty mattresses on sidewalk. Looks like a video shoot is happening outside. People always hanging around door and steps. Really unsafe. Security only works in morning to protect her, not residents. Elevator always broke. The windows leaks when it rains in most apartments. Maintenance doesn’t clean or fix anything until you really complain. Ms. Fairfax just sits on her phone all-day and disrespects people with questions. NO amenities, no pool, security or safety. Just a high price waste.
