J. was extremely disrespectful. After a terrible tragedy I had to call and cancel my order (two months in advance) although I gave double the deposit I was told I wouldn't re receive any of it back because of short notice. J. yelled at me and told me "I can see why he's not warring you" accused me of yelling when in actuality I was sobbing due to the loss of my future husband. I will give negative reviews for this florist anywhere I possibly can. In hopes that it will stop someone from dealing with the terror I had to deal with. Shame on these women for being evil during someones loss

Nagative - Star Review
Joan Pirollo is not a professional business owner who is looking to satisfy her customers. When we contacted Joan with a few concerns about the flowers we received for my sister's wedding, Joan did not want to hear it. She over talked and insulted the bride then hung up on her and when my mother contacted Joan to discuss the concerns she treated my mother the same. It is in poor taste as a business not to hear out an unsatisfied customer and not acceptable to insult customers who spend close to $1,000 on flowers that were not what they ordered or agreed upon. I honestly believe Joan Pirollo is a scam artist. Let's face it, brides only come once to her shop, she tells you everything you want to hear and come the day of the wedding when the flowers arrive you have no choice but to use them. And when you contact Joan to discuss the issue she can be an s rude and unprofessional as she wants because she no longer needs your business, the deal has already been made and paid for. It is disheartening that a business owner would go out of their way to be so mean to a bride or anyone for that matter who is celebrating one of the happiest days of their life. Well I will be taking a full page ad in the Northeast Times, on Craig's List, Angie's List, contacting the Attorney Generals Office, I am a member of the Holmesburg Civic Association and lastly I will be handing out flyers and picketing in front of Joan's store until she learns how to treat people. I want to make people aware of how we were treated and the condition of the flowers we received the day of my sisters wedding so they DO NOT make the same mistake we did. When I worked in the food industry, we appreciated when a customer called things to our attention and we made good when a customer was not satisfied. I am experiencing Joan runs business a different way.
