Plan on waiting a good long time. I would plan on bringing a good book cause you will easily have time to read the entire thing. While I was there at least four customers came in waited for 15 or 20 minutes and left. Probably several hundred lost dollars for both the company and the management. They should have had at least four of five sales people on the floor and this was after 7pm on a Friday night. The guy who was finally able to help me had a look on his face like he felt terrible and apologized for the horrendously long wait. Terrible service due to the incredibly long wait.
