Don from Pro power rooter was both very personable and knowledgeable. He fixed our completely clogged bathroom sink in a very timely manner and explained things as he worked. We can use our bathroom sink once again Thank You! I highly recommend calling Pro Power Rooter of Colorado Springs when you are in need of an excellent plumber!

This morning we called the company Pro Power Rooter to have a look at our leaking toilet. I was impressed when he called to say he would be here in about 20 min, that was nice, and then I met with Mark, i explained the problem i was having, and left him to fix it. He took the toilet out and put some parts in etc., its a rather old home and toilet. I think it was more than half an hour, and he had put everything back together nice and clean, and said the problem was more than he had expected, seems we will need a new toilet. He said he would not CHARGE ME nothing for the labor, only for the parts he had already installed, this is amazing in today's world, what a VERY NICE man... So i had to tell everyone i know about this wonderful company!

I had a floor drain plugged in my basement utility room, I called a few places and no one wanted to give me quote over the phone, I called Pro Power Rooter and a guy named Mark was at my house within an hour for my emergency overflow issue. He was prompt, very polite and friendly, and he was clean and did not give off any of the normal plumber odors I have been around. He checked out the problem, then clearly outlined the options and next steps. He asked permission before using things in the house. All in all, he fixed the issue in under 1 hour, and waited patiently while I answered calls and such from work as the problem interrupted work. He explained the problem he fixed it and left his card for any further issues. He even helped me with another problem I was having by giving me some advice that turned out to help greatly! Even though we are renting, I agree with my landlord that this Pro Power Rooter company is one of the best! He even cleaned up after himself and they offer a military discount to those that sacrifice, I could not ask for a better company that made my bad day much better!. Burt
