DO NOT "I REPEAT" DO NOT PATRONIZE JACOBS GARAGE.I took my car there for an engine issue and to have the master power windows switch replaced,I already had the part for that.Amir Sarkhovitch (owner), called me and told me I neede the oxygen sensor changed and that the switch I gave him did not work,so he told me that they would have to take the drivers door panel off to run a diagnostic,so I agreed to the repairs.It cost me 288.48 for the repairs to be done.I picked up my car the next day and noticed that the middle panel where the radio and a/c controls weren't line up correctly and also that the door panel was misaligned,on top of that the car still wasn't running right.So I took it back This Monday 9/1/15 and showed him the problems,he calls me and tells me there is a problem with the engine computer and that it would cost me 1095.00 to fix and that the issue with the door panel was resolved,I told him I would pick up the car which was yesterday, I took the car and rolled the window down and the rubber piece fell off. I went there this morning and he got very angry,shouting and yelling telling me to hit him,because I didn't want him to do anything with my car ,that I brought it back to bring it to his attention that the work wasn't done correctly.Bottom line they do real shoddy work and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did with these sheisters I give them a minus 5 stars.Be forewarned do not take your car there. I took my car to Firestone and plan to sue Jacobs as soon as they let me know what the real problem is.
