Reviews of RSK Stone in Peabody

I only like to write positive reviews but I’m beyond disappointed in RSK stone in Peabody. I wish I could score them less than 1 but at least the quality of the countertops is beautiful. This entire transaction with them was a nightmare. I went down and chose my counters and Natalia who works in the office lost all my information and they were a no show two days in a row coming out to measure for the counters. They booked for the counters to be installed first thing in the morning the Friday before the 4th. I had an entire construction crew and a plumber on-site at the job waiting on the counter install. Every call made by myself or my contractor wasn’t answered. The owner just stopped answering the phone. Not only was I overcharged but Ed in the office refused to come out and install the counters unless I PAID IN FULL!! It was supposed to be 50% down and the remainder after install. Once they had all my money I was forced to just sit and wait for them to finish the job. No answering of phone and they had all my money so this left me at their mercy. Pretty frustrating to say the least and they had a cavalier attitude about the extra expenses incurred from having a construction crew and plumber waiting on the counter install. 9am was the scheduled time. The crew finally showed up 7 hours late with no explanation.
I’ve never felt so disrespected as a customer the way I did with this transaction. I will never recommend them to anyone. I see they have quite a few positive reviews and I wish I had a positive experience with them. I think the owner should have apologized for the bad employee behavior including his own.
