Reviews of Area Glass, Inc in Panama City Beach

My father and I walked in and spoke with Krista. We advised we needed two sheets of Plexiglas. She advised they would need to order it and would call us when it came in which she expected to be 2-3 days. I waited 3 days for her to call like she said she would. After the 3 days of no returned calls, I called this morning and spoke with Krista again and she said she wasn't sure if it had arrived. I could tell by her tone she was totally lost. She never said she didn't order it. However it was obvious. She took my number AGAIN. Said she would call back in a few minutes and never called all day after I called at 8:30 in the morning. We decided to get the materials from another vendor. I could remember her name and even remember she was to call me back, how can a receptionist not follow through with customer orders? I advised I needed these pieces right away and even after explaining all this in person, she could not find the time to take care of her potential customer. I cannot blame the company as a whole, as I was never taken care of well enough to know how well the work they do is. I can only attest to the lack of customer service I received from Krista. They need to replace her or at least retrain her in the field of customer service expectations.
