I used to like this nail shop. My last experience was the worst i had ever had at a nail salon. My nail tech Tim used a nail file too hard & cut into my cuticle which caused it to bleed. I had to stop Tim from continuing my manicure so he cld stop the bleeding. After he put some kind of antiseptic on my cuticle which burned like rubbing alcohol, i then spoke with the manager Mindy. This is where i was very dissatisfied. I spoke to Mindy about my concern with the cut that was bleeding & asked her for a bandaid or something she said they don't have any i wild have to get that @ home & said the tech has to complete the manicure before he cld apply anymore antiseptic to my bleeding cuticle. She was trying to minimize the bleeding & was very rude about. I asked her for money off & she said no they are not trained to do that. I told her I've been a customer of this establishment for a long time & have spent a lot of money coming here. She was the rudest manager i have ever had to deal with at a nail shop with no customer service etiquette. I will never go back to support the shop ever again. Be warned.
