I have been trying (and failing) to lose weight for years. It was just always hard to get myself to workout. Eating healthy isn’t hard for me but I HATE working out. I decided I needed to try a workout that would be fun. I got more than expected at ILKB. I love the community, it relieves stress, and feeling my form get better and hearing the roundhouse get louder is amazing. Plus I have already lost about 30lbs in 90days. Its not easy... the warmup is always intense (and I can’t lie and say I love it... I don’t) but the remaining 45min make it worth it! The Instructors and other members push you to be better and always make you feel great. Plus, I focus on little victories - like I can almost do a push-up 😂 ILKB has really started to change my life!

The best workout place I have ever been to! besides losing inches and 12 pounds so far, they truly make you feel at home and push you to your goals on and off the mat! To top it off every work out benefits a charity! And nothing compares to how much they care about YOU here

Ilovekickboxing in Overland Park, is the best choice I made in 2018. In just the first two months of going to classes I dropped from 178 to 144. It feels amazing taking control of my overall health. The people are welcoming and make you feel like part of the Ilovekickboxing family soon as you walk through the doors.
