ilkb Oswego has been such a blessing for me! Within 4.5 months I have lost 20 lbs, inches and so much strength! The workouts are tough and fun! The instructors are always pushing you to do your best and to chanllenge yourself while making sure you have the best form and are safe on the mat. They truly care about your health and the support continues off the mat to make sure you are making goals, keeping to them, focusing on nutrition and creating a well rounded healthy lifestyle. It is well worth the investment in yourself - you won't regret it!

The owner and staff have all been incredibly welcoming and helpful. I tried out a free demo class and was instantly hooked. Their memberships are great because you can come to whichever classes fit your schedule. No need to sign up in advance. Intense and challenging workout, but they let you go at your own pace, no matter what your fitness level is. The staff does a great job of motivating and helping out during each class, along with a variety of music. Also, the entire place is very clean (the front area, mats, locker room, bathroom), even after a class was finished, I saw one of the staff immediately cleaning the mats for the next class. Most importantly the classes have been fun and I actually look forward to them. The staff have all been very accommodating and I would highly recommend this location (and the Wheaton location) to anyone.

Awesome instructors! Working out is definitely more fun here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a motivating workout. They offer trial memberships so you can test it out for yourself!
